Three bedroom home overlooking a scenic ravine west of Edmonton. Design incorporated affordable cedar shingle siding. Kenneth L Williams M.R.A.I.C. shared design and construction documentation responsibilities with Gary Norbom M.R.A.I.C.

Balaille House

1984 // Ronan, Montana

An energy efficient Montana home, the residence was designed to maintain a natural fifty five d. temperature during winter months, while the Owners travelled. Set into a hillock, the home features a double insulated exterior shell, crawl space heat retention system and naturally circulating solar tempered air. Interior spaces are accessible. An underground two car garage  connects to the traditionally roofed home. While with g Robert Mahrt Architect.
